About Us: How We Work

We have a simple workflow that we have been using since 2003, and incorporated it into our everyday practice. A rough outline can be seen below:

1. Describe Your Ideal Web Site Project
Explain to us things like: Your Goals, Objectives, Outcomes, Impacts; all from your point of view.

2.Agreement On Scope of The Project
Based upon the project, if you are a first-time customer, are in need of a lot of work or just a minor update, we will provide you with a figure that will not break the checkbook so to speak. We're flexible, and we want you to be successful. We will document all the details for you, break it all down into manageable pieces that make sense then provide you a free price quote.

3. Approve The Design
Based on your chosen base colors & ideas, we will send you a design proposal for you to review. (This is the time to make design changes - if we get to the end of the project and you want it re-designed, we'll have to negotiate a cost associated with that.)

4. Review The Deliverables
In the work process we will keep constant contact with you to assure that everything is running smoothly.
